Exclusive Free Event!

Get Fit With Trisha! At Esporta, Milngavie, Glasgow on Monday 7th April.

Trisha Goddard is coming to Milngavie to give you a unique opportunity to join her in a personal exercise routine from the brand new fitness DVD, Trisha Rejuvenate. The session provides an energizing and rewarding workout that will cut the pounds and strengthen the muscles without leaving you in a sweaty heap. Pre-booking members of the public can have the opportunity to enjoy a rejuvenating exercise session, led by Trisha herself.

Trisha’s personal exercise routine focuses on the critical areas of body symmetry, stabilisation, strength and posture. It combines muscle building exercises with balance and posture moves and is great for losing weight. Muscle tissue burns calories faster than fat tissue and so enables your body to increase its metabolic rate, helping you to lose weight fast and tone up.

Trisha launched her debut fitness DVD Trisha Rejuvenate to mark her 50th birthday milestone, and it holds all the secrets to what keeps her feeling healthy and looking so good. It also includes physiological coaching from the renowned TV and sports mind coach Jamil Qureshi.

Anyone can attend Trisha’s fitness sessions and her energizing routine is suitable for all levels of fitness. It lasts about half an hour. There are two classes at TBC and TBC

On the day you can buy a signed copy of the DVD for just £10 (RRP £15.99). To book your free place call the Esporta Milngavie Health, Racquets & Golf Club on 0141 955 2400.
